How I work
Agent products fail differently than conventional software. Nothing crashes and no bug is filed; the agent keeps answering messages while the outcomes it was meant to produce slowly degrade.
Catching that takes the right signals and a lot of data analysis. Most of my useful work at Podium has come from measuring what the agent was actually doing rather than what we assumed it was doing.
When I find a gap, the first job is stopping the bleeding for the customers losing something right now. The second is making sure that gap cannot open again: template defaults and a validation gate, rather than ten accounts corrected by hand.
Completing a BS in Information Systems with a product management emphasis at BYU, where I serve as VP of the Product Management Association.
