Alpha One Design - Electrical engineering firm

  • Led the development of the product landing page used as a funnel for 30,000 Meta ad impressions. Prototyped 5 main pages in Figma and developed them with WordPress and Bricks Builder.
  • Prototyped 100+ screens for the mobile app used to control the smart-home device in Figma. The prototype was later used in a product video and in ad campaigns.
  • Researched stakeholders via Meta ad engagement and came up with 10 unique user personas for design to cater to.
Projects
Rocketship (Freelance) - An industrial design firm (Blendtech, Pura, Amazon, Philips, etc.)
  • Built a multi-agent AI chatbot using Python, PHP, and OpenAI API to qualify leads, projected to save the design team 10+ hours/week in manual triage.
  • Designed the technical architecture for 4 specialized agents (Budget, Timeline, Planner) to handle complex user queries without human intervention.
  • Collaborated with industrial designers to define qualification logic, translating vague client needs into structured project requirements.
Amano (Freelance) - Smarthome device for pool chemical balancing
  • Helped prototype and redesign 100+ screens in their app with the goal of simplifying water chemistry to be digestible and usable for stakeholders. We increased the amount of user app engagement by 30%.
Turn Key Supplement Manufacturing (Freelance) - Local food and supplement manufacturer
  • Rebuilt website so executives could reduce question clarification time. Learned about the supplement manufacturing world so I could better understand and produce content for stakeholders.
Leadership
Product Management Association (Ambassador) - BYU club for aspiring PMs
  • Ran 12 user interviews with potential stakeholders to determine which features/products to build into the PMA website. Assisted website developer in design decisions and reviewed his code in pull requests before publishing.
